Instructions to Query Charges
Step 1: Enter the BL number in the search field on the left.
Step 2: Enter the Name as it appears on the BL.
Step 3: Press the find button. If your BL and Name is entered correctly you will see your BL information showing up.
Step 4: Next, answer the three questions presented to you.
- 1) When are you collecting the Package. (Choose a date)
- 2) What trade type is this package (Choose an option from the list)
Step 5: Select the Check my charges button to view your rent.
